Privacy Policy

Effective May 2, 2026. This policy explains what information ScreenCraft (operated by PNEURS LLC) collects when you use appstorescreenshots.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

ScreenCraft (“ScreenCraft”, “we”, “us”) is operated by PNEURS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. We are the data controller for personal information processed through appstorescreenshots.ai.

Privacy questions and requests: andrea@appstorescreenshots.ai.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo from your authentication provider (Google). We store these in our user database alongside an internal account identifier and your subscription and credit balance.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive only a customer identifier, the plan you bought, the billing status, and the last four digits of the card used. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Content you upload

To generate App Store screenshots we receive the raw screenshots you upload, the headlines or prompts you provide, and the device sizes, languages, and visual styles you select. These uploads are stored in Google Cloud Storage under your account.

Important: generated screenshot files are saved to Cloud Storage with publicly readable URLs so that your dashboard can display them and you can download them. Anyone in possession of one of these URLs can access the file. The URLs are long, randomly generated, and not listed publicly, but they are not access-controlled. Do not upload screenshots that contain confidential information you would not be willing to publish.

Generation history

For each generation we record metadata including timestamp, the device sizes and languages requested, the headlines produced, the credits deducted, and a reference to the resulting files. We use this to render your dashboard, enforce your credit balance, and audit billing.

Usage and device information

Our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically log IP address, browser user agent, page paths, referrer, and approximate location (country/region inferred from IP). We use this for security, to debug errors, and to understand aggregate site traffic.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies set by Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in, and Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. If we have enabled Google Analytics 4 (look for a banner on your first visit), it sets cookies to measure aggregate, pseudonymous site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but core functionality (sign-in, checkout) requires them.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the service: run the screenshot generation pipeline, deliver outputs, and maintain your account and credit balance.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud, via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, important service notices). We do not send marketing emails without separate consent.
  • To monitor service health, debug errors, and improve quality and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded screenshots to train generative AI models.

4. Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following processors. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, App Hosting) — account, content, and usage data.
  • OpenAI — your uploaded screenshots and the headlines/prompts you provide are sent to OpenAI’s image and language models to generate the requested output. OpenAI states it does not use API submissions to train its models by default.
  • Stripe — payment, billing, and fraud-prevention data.
  • Google Analytics (if enabled) — pseudonymous site-usage data.
  • Email delivery providers — to send transactional emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ScreenCraft, our users, or the public.

5. International transfers

ScreenCraft is operated from the United States. The processors above operate globally, which means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required by law (for example for users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

  • Account data — for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
  • Generated files and uploads — retained while your account is active, so you can re-download past work. You can request deletion of specific generations at any time by emailing us.
  • Billing records — kept for at least 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting law.
  • Server and analytics logs — typically 30–90 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither).

To exercise any of these rights, email andrea@appstorescreenshots.ai. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law (typically 30 days). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, server-side access controls (writes to billing and credit records run only inside trusted server functions), and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

ScreenCraft is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email to registered users.
